Safety Liaison. During the first meeting of the Parties set forth in Section 12.6.2 above, the Parties shall designate a safety liaison to be responsible for communicating with the other Party regarding the reporting of adverse events, to the extent required or agreed under the pharmacovigilance agreement, with respect to their respective products.
