Safety and operating instructions. The Client agrees to read the instructions and operate the equipment according to the safety and operating instructions provided for the equipment delivered. The Client acknowledges that there is a risk of damage or injury with the use of the equipment and agrees to be responsible for its safe and correct operation and use. The Client agrees not to operate the equipment in unsafe conditions, this includes (but is not limited to) use in safe weather conditions. SEE ATTACHED APPENDIX WHICH REFERS TO THE SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTUCTIONS OF EACH ITEM.
