SAFETY AND HEALTH RULES Clause Samples
The SAFETY AND HEALTH RULES clause establishes the requirement for parties to comply with all applicable safety and health regulations during the performance of work or activities under the agreement. Typically, this clause obligates employees, contractors, and visitors to adhere to site-specific safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and follow procedures designed to prevent accidents or injuries. Its core function is to promote a safe working environment and minimize the risk of harm, thereby ensuring legal compliance and reducing liability for all parties involved.
