Common use of Safe Use Clause in Contracts

Safe Use. Buyer shall familiarize itself, its agents, employees, contractors and customers with procedures for the safe use of the Company’s product(s). Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against and all claims, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), penalties, and judgments arising our or related to Buyer’s violation of any law rule or regulation, or Buyer’s processing, transportation, delivery, unloading, discharge, storage, handling, sale or use of any of the Company’s product(s).
