Safe Operation. The Lessee shall take all steps necessary so as to ensure that the Ship should be navigated and operated in a proper, safe and ▇▇▇▇▇▇-like manner and in the manner prescribed by any legislation, including Environmental Laws, in force in the state of registration for the time being of the Ship and all other applicable jurisdictions.
