Common use of SaaS Services Clause in Contracts

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s internal business operations operations, subject to the terms of this SaaS Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the ScheduleOrder. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this SaaS Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes external users documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint EFI will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes Splash Package documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint Splashmetrics will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3560 and terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4381 and terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 3.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide limited right to access and use the SaaS Services services solely for Customer’s Customers internal business operations and subject to the terms of this Agreement and up the agreement. Customer may, sub- ject to the number of Identity Cubes documented in conditions on any Order Form, allow its Users to use the Scheduleservices for this purpose. Customer is responsible for its Users’ compliance with the agreement. 2.2 3.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint Gnosis will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s its internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes Customer Service Units documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement service subscription, and SailPoint will not be delivering copies of that no other rights, other than the Software to Customer as part of ones described in 2.1 above during the SaaS ServicesSubscription Term, are being granted herein.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive Client shall have a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented Subscriptions set forth in the Schedule.Exhibit A. 2.2 Customer Client acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint Evergreen will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer Client as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide assignable right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the ScheduleAgreement. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint CarePaths will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer any software as part of the SaaS Servicesthis agreement.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the ScheduleAgreement. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint OPTIGO will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

The Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint [Company] will not be delivering copies of the Software Sohware to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty royalty-free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the ScheduleAgreement. 2.2 The Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint BramJam will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s its internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes Service Units documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement service subscription, and SailPoint will not be delivering copies of that no other rights, other than the Software to Customer as part of ones described in 2.1 above during the SaaS ServicesSubscription Term, are being granted herein.

SaaS Services. 2.1 1.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes Solar Portfolios documented in the Schedule. 2.2 1.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint Solruf will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes documented in the ScheduleServices. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint H3S will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer will receive a nonexclusivenon-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s its internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes application users documented in the ScheduleOrder Form. 2.2 Customer acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer as part of the SaaS Services.

SaaS Services. 2.1 During the Subscription Term, Customer Subscriber will receive a nonexclusive, non-assignable, royalty free, worldwide right to access and use the SaaS Services solely for Customer’s your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement and up to the number of Identity Cubes units documented in the Schedule. 2.2 Customer Subscriber acknowledges that this Agreement is a services agreement and SailPoint Trash Scan will not be delivering copies of the Software to Customer Subscriber as part of the SaaS Services.
