SaaS Service Availability. 11.1 AST will use reasonable endeavours to keep Software that is provided as a service available for Users on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis. 11.2 Except for the express warranties set out in these Software Terms or elsewhere in the Contract, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided on as "as is" and "as available" basis.
