SAA. The Company will comply with the terms, conditions and provisions of the SAA prior to the Effective Time. In connection therewith, the Company will (a) select appraisers for the Properties (as defined in the SAA) that are reasonably acceptable to Parent, (b) provide Parent with copies of preliminary appraisals no later than 60 days prior to the Closing, and (c) consult with Parent regarding the contents of the appraisals prior to finalizing such appraisals in order to assure the accuracy, completeness and reasonableness thereof. The Company and Parent will promptly deliver to each other copies of any written communications and reports of any non-written communications received between the date hereof and the
SAA. SAA is licensed as a rating or advisory organization in all states, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico and has been designated by all state insurance departments, except Texas, as a statistical agent for the reporting of fidelity and surety experience. SAA represents its member companies in matters of common interest before various federal, state and local governmental agencies. In addition, SAA offers educational sessions on surety and other relevant topics. SAA takes an active role in diversity by assisting emerging contractors in becoming bondable or increasing their bonding capacity. SAA conducts technical assistance and program support to state and local jurisdictions in the areas of contractor development and bonding support.
SAA. Stabilisation and Association Agreements - these are the agreements which are progressively being negotiated with the Western Balkan countries. They provide for wide ranging provisions on political dialogue, numerous areas for co-operation, gradual approximation to the EU acquis and the creation of a free trade area with the EU on goods and services. - "Special and differential treatment" provisions for developing countries; contained in several WTO agreements. – The South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation includes all the South Asian countries. It has not yet requested regional cumulation either.
SAA. The Concessionaire‟s obligations in respect of this Clause 20 shall be limited to the value of the Handback Account as at the Termination Date.
