S ubscription Contract Sample Clauses

S ubscription Contract. These terms of service, as amended/modified from time to time, the CAF, the Privacy Policy and/or the offers and conditions on the Company Website, shall collectively be referred to as, the ‘Contract/ Subscription Contract’. By executing the CAF and/or by using the Services and/or by using any of the services or products provided by the Company in connection with the Services, the Subscriber signifies that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions mentioned in the Contract. C ustomer Application Form (CAF). The Subscriber must provide accurate and complete information on the CAF together with supporting documents, including, without limitation, valid proof of address and identity and such other documents that may be mandated under law. Identification proof must include photo identification proof, e.g. voter identification card, ration card, passport or driver's license. Company will not be liable for any incorrect information and/or document provided by the Subscriber, whether obtained illegally, or by means of fraud or forgery, or otherwise. The Company reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, and without any liability whatsoever, any CAF without assigning any reason, including rejecting the CAF for incomplete or incorrect information/documents. The Company reserves the right to visit the Subscriber to conduct a verification.
