's Requirements. The commencement of the Agreement is subject to satisfaction of all documentation and credit requirements of I.R. If such requirements are not satisfied by the Adjustment Date, then at I.R.'s option, the Adjustment Date shall be the date when such requirements are satisfied. The calculation of the Agreement payments under this Rider will supersede any prior proposal or quotation.
