Common use of S Proposal Clause in Contracts

S Proposal. The Tenderer’s response shall address the Commercial Requirements of the tender detailed below. The Tenderer shall supply 1 hard copy and 1 soft copy of the Tender response. As part of the response Tenderers must confirm that the soft copies provided are exact duplicates of the hard copies. The Tenderer shall submit his soft copy tender on CD-ROM in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel 2003) format. The Tenderer should submit their proposal in two separate volumes; a technical copy and commercial copy. Each volume shall be labelled accordingly and bear the Tender Reference Number – MEDGS/00219. The Tenderer shall submit a CD ROM containing a copy of each volume. Each volume shall be prepared as an independent, self contained document, detailed below: The Tenderer’s response to the Commercial (Priced) Volume shall be in 4 Sections.
