S everability. In case any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction then, as to such jurisdiction only, such provision shall to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability be deemed severed from the remainder of this Agreement and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

In case If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under any applicable statute or rule of law, then the affected provision shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction then, as to such jurisdiction only, such provision shall curtailed and limited only to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability be deemed severed from necessary to bring said provision within the remainder of legal requirements, and this Agreement as so modified shall continue in full force and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired therebyeffect.
