RUSH ORDER. In the event of urgent needs from the market, SMC may issue Rush Orders, the lead-time for which shall be acknowledged by both parties and accepted in writing by ABLECOM. SMC shall pay all relevant cost and expenses related to such Rush Orders that have been pre-approved in writing by SMC. No penalties shall be imposed on ABLECOM for delivery delays on such Rush Orders.
