Run-Out Claims Administration. Upon termination of the Contract, the TPA is responsible for adjudicating and processing all claims with service dates prior to the termination date of the contract that are received by the TPA for one (1) year after the termination date. The Board will fund claim payments in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
