Common use of Ruling Documents Clause in Contracts

Ruling Documents. Viad hereby represents and warrants that (i) it has examined the Ruling Documents (including, without limitation, the representations to the extent that they relate to the plans, proposals, intentions, and policies of Viad, its Subsidiaries, the Viad Business, or the Viad Group) and (ii) to the extent in reference to Viad, its Subsidiaries, the Viad Business, or the Viad Group, the facts presented and the representations made therein are true, correct and complete.
