Common use of Ruling Documents Clause in Contracts

Ruling Documents. HBI hereby represents and warrants that (i) it has examined the Ruling Documents (including, without limitation, the representations to the extent that they relate to the plans, proposals, intentions, and policies of HBI, the HBI Affiliates, or the HBI Business), and (ii) to the extent in reference to HBI, the HBI Affiliates, or the HBI Business, the facts presented and the representations made therein are true, correct, and complete.
