Common use of Ruling Documents Clause in Contracts

Ruling Documents. Ensign hereby represents and warrants that (i) it has examined the Ruling Documents (including, without limitation, the representations to the extent that they relate to the plans, proposals, intentions, and policies of the Ensign Group), and (ii) to the extent in reference to the Ensign Group, the facts presented and the representations made therein are true, correct, and complete in all material respects.
