Common use of Ruling Documents Clause in Contracts

Ruling Documents. PropCo hereby represents and warrants that (i) it has examined the Ruling Documents (including, without limitation, the representations to the extent that they relate to the plans, proposals, intentions, and policies of the PropCo Group), and (ii) to the extent in reference to the PropCo Group, the facts presented and the representations made therein are true, correct, and complete in all material respects.
