Common use of Ruling Documents Clause in Contracts

Ruling Documents. Newco hereby represents and warrants that (i) it has examined the Ruling Documents (including, without limitation, the representations to the extent that they relate to the plans, proposals, intentions, and policies of Newco, its Subsidiaries, the Newco Business, or the Newco Group) and (ii) to the extent in reference to Newco, its Subsidiaries, the Newco Business, or the Newco Group, the facts presented and the representations made therein are true, correct and complete.
