Common use of Ruling Documents Clause in Contracts

Ruling Documents. CoffeeCo and DutchCo hereby represent and warrant that (i) they have examined the Ruling Documents (including, without limitation, the representations to the extent that they relate to the plans, proposals, intentions, and policies of CoffeeCo, the CoffeeCo Group, or the CoffeeCo Business, including the Australia Coffee Business), and (ii) to the extent in reference to DutchCo, CoffeeCo, the CoffeeCo Group, or the CoffeeCo Business, including the Australia Coffee Business, the facts presented and the representations made therein are true, correct, and complete.
