Certain Rules of Interpretation In this Agreement:
Rules of Interpretation The rules of interpretation specified in Section 1.02 of the Credit Agreement shall be applicable to this Agreement.

Interpretation and Governing Law This Agreement and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
