Rules; Location. (a) Except as otherwise provided herein, the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect as of the Effective Time shall govern any arbitration hereunder, but such arbitration shall not be conducted under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association. (b) All arbitrations shall be held in Chicago, Illinois, at a site or sites determined by the Arbitrator.
