Commercial Member agrees that all use of the IntelliCAD Licensed Materials and Derivative Works pursuant to the licenses granted in Section 2.2.1 shall be in accordance with the Rules as modified from time to time. The Consortium reserves the right to modify the Rules at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Commercial Member.
