Any accounts remaining unpaid at the expiration of twenty-one (21) days shall be considered delinquent and the Company may take such action as is specified in its filed rules and regulations. Restrictions The entire month’s usage will be billed at the following rate if any water is used outside the 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. time frame mentioned above.
