Rule 463. The Company will file timely and accurate information with the Commission in accordance with Rule 463 of the 1933 Act Regulations or any successor provision.
Rule 463. To file with the Commission such information on Form 10-Q or Form 10-K as may be required by Rule 463 under the Securities Act. Furthermore, the DCP Parties covenant with the Underwriters that the DCP Parties will comply with all applicable securities and other applicable laws, rules and regulations in each foreign jurisdiction in which the Directed Units are offered in connection with the Directed Unit Program.
