Common use of Rule 12b-1 Plan Reports Clause in Contracts

Rule 12b-1 Plan Reports. In connection with the distribution services provided hereunder and with respect to the Rule 12b-1 Plan (the “Rule 12b-1 Plan”) adopted by the Company on behalf of the Class Y shares of each of the Funds (each, a “Class”), the Distributor shall provide the Company such information as may be reasonably requested concerning the Distributor’s activities and the costs incurred in performing such activities with respect to the Funds.

Rule 12b-1 Plan Reports. In connection with the distribution services provided hereunder and with respect to the Rule 12b-1 Plan (the “Rule 12b-1 Plan”) adopted by the Company Trust on behalf of the Investor Class Y shares of each of the Funds (each, a “Class”), the Distributor shall provide the Company Trust such information as may be reasonably requested concerning the Distributor’s activities and the costs incurred in performing such activities with respect to the Funds.

The Distributor shall monitor amounts paid under the Rule 12b-1 Plan to ensure compliance with the Prospectuses and applicable FINRA rules.
