RT Content Sample Clauses

RT Content. Any and all artwork, logos, graphics, video, text, data, and other materials supplied by RT to Agency in connection with this Agreement, as well as any domain names, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of RT (the "RT Content"). RT shall not transfer any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights to Agency concerning any RT Content. RT hereby grants Agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the RT Content for the term of the Agreement.
