Common use of RStudio Software Clause in Contracts

RStudio Software. RStudio and its licensors retain ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein and thereto, and RStudio reserves all rights not specifically granted in this Agreement. If the Software was acquired outside the United States, then you agree and assent to the adherence to all applicable international treaties regarding intellectual property rights which shall also apply. You shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized or improper use or disclosure of the Software. RStudio and other trademarks contained in the Software are trademarks or registered trademarks of RStudio, PBC in the United States and/or other countries.
