RSO Sample Clauses
The RSO (Responsible Safety Officer) clause designates a specific individual or role responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols within a project or organization. Typically, this clause outlines the RSO’s duties, such as conducting safety inspections, maintaining records, and serving as the point of contact for safety-related issues. By clearly assigning responsibility, the clause helps prevent confusion, promotes accountability, and ensures that safety standards are consistently upheld throughout the duration of the project or operation.
