Routing Points. Spectrum will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. Spectrum may designate one location within each Rate Center as a Routing Point for the NPA-NXX associated with that Rate Center; alternatively Spectrum may designate a single location within one Rate Center to serve as the Routing Point for all the NPA-NXXs associated with that Rate Center and with one or more other Rate Centers served by Spectrum within an existing GTE exchange area and LATA.
