Routine Network Modifications. 8.1 Qwest shall make all routine network modifications to unbundled loop and transport facilities used by CLEC where the requested loop or transport facility has already been constructed. Qwest shall perform these routine network modifications to unbundled loop or transport facilities in a nondiscriminatory fashion, without regard to whether the loop or transport facility being accessed was constructed on behalf, or in accordance with the specifications, of any carrier.
