Routine Damages. Contractor shall be responsible for routine damages (e.g., normal, routine, and anticipated wear & tear damages) to Goods and, upon observation or notice, timely shall repair or replace impacted Goods. (1) Contractor, at its expense, shall repair any routine damages or replace any unit that becomes unsuitable for use within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Purchaser and Contractor. (2) Routine damages include: ▪ Portable Toilets: o Repair/replacing a coat hook, shelf, mirror, toilet seat, hand sanitizer dispenser, vent screen, toilet paper holder. o Minor graffiti. ▪ Hand washing Stations: o Repair/replacing foot pedal, paper towel dispenser, soap dispenser. o Minor graffiti. ▪ Portable Showers: o Repair/replacing shower head, shower curtain. o Minor graffiti.
