ROUNDING-OFF OF AMOUNTS Sample Clauses
The "Rounding-Off of Amounts" clause establishes how monetary values should be rounded when calculating payments or financial figures under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether amounts are rounded up, down, or to the nearest whole number or decimal place, and may apply to invoices, settlements, or periodic payments. By standardizing the rounding method, the clause ensures consistency and prevents disputes over minor discrepancies in financial calculations.
