Rounding of Calculations; Minimum Adjustments. All calculations under this Section 7(c) shall be made to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of a cent. No adjustment in the Conversion Price is required if the amount of such adjustment would be less than $0.01; provided, however, that any adjustments which by reason of this Section 7(c)(vi) are not required to be made will be carried forward and given effect in any subsequent adjustment.
