ROPE. The ROPE program is described in the Memorandum of Understanding Concerning 2001-2004 Reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Expenditures. The ROPE program expires at the conclusion of 2004-05. Reimbursement requests for 2004-05 expenditures must be submitted by June 30, 2005.

ROPE. 7.1 Wire Rope - visually inspect for broken wires, frays, kinks, bird caging, corroded or pitted spots, mechanical abuse (flattening or distortion). Wire rope is inspected by checking the worst section and high wear points. Inspection to be performed quarterly.
