Common use of Rooftop Space Clause in Contracts

Rooftop Space. Landlord recognizes that Tenant may, during the Term, desire to install, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, antennae and/or communication dishes on the roof of the Building. Upon Tenant's request, Landlord will endeavor in good faith to provide suitable space to Tenant for such purpose, provided that such space is available to Landlord, and that such use is permitted by all applicable Laws, and provided further that Landlord and Tenant agree, after good faith negotiations, as to the terms, covenants and conditions applicable to Tenant's lease of any such space. In the event any such space is leased by Tenant, Tenant will not be charged any additional rent during the Term for the use of such space and the other terms, covenants and conditions applicable thereto shall be set forth in an amendment to this Lease approved and executed by Landlord and Tenant.

Rooftop Space. Landlord recognizes that Tenant may, at some time during the Termterm of this Lease, desire to install, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, antennae and/or communication dishes on the roof of the Building. Upon Tenant's request, Landlord will endeavor in good faith to provide suitable space to Tenant for Texxxx xxx such purposepurposes, provided that such space is available to Landlord, and that such use is permitted by all applicable Laws, and provided further that Landlord and Tenant agree, after good faith negotiations, as to the terms, covenants and conditions applicable to Tenant's lease of any such space, provided, however, that there shall be no fee or charge payable by Tenant to Landlord for use of any such space. In the event any such space is leased by Tenant, Tenant will not be charged any additional rent during the Term for the use of such space and the other terms, covenants and conditions applicable thereto shall be set xx xxt forth in an amendment to this Lease approved and executed by Landlord and Tenant.

In the event any such space is leased by Tenant, Tenant will not be charged any additional rent during the Term for the use of such space and the other terms, covenants and conditions applicable thereto shall be set forth in an amendment to this Lease approved and executed by Landlord and Tenant.
