Rooftop Space. 10.1. Subject to the terms of this Section 10, during the Term Tenant may use the Roof Space (defined below) for the purpose of installing, operating, maintaining and removing a 36- inch Dish/Antenna or other communication device approved by Landlord (the “Dish/Antenna”). As used herein, “Roof Space” means space on the roof of the Building, not exceeding 25 square feet in size, and otherwise reasonably designated by Landlord. Landlord may relocate the Roof Space from time to time as reasonably necessary during the Term.
