Common use of Roofing Contract Clause in Contracts

Roofing Contract. the event of subletting, the Employer agrees that any and all of the acknowledged work hereincontained in Article (Recognition of Jurisdiction) must be sub- let to an Employer who has become signatory to this Provincial Agreement. Sheet MetalWork in Connection with Roofing It is agreed by the Employer that all Sheet Metal work in connection with a Roofing contract shall be performed by Sheet MetalWorkers who are members of the Local Union havingjurisdiction of the project ex- cept in the case of the common drip edge which shall be installed by Roofers as in the present practice. It is further agreed that where the RoofingContractor has no Sheet Metal Department in connection with his firm, he shall sublet the Sheet Metal work to a company who is signatory to an agreement with and employing members of the Sheet MetalWorkers’ InternationalAs- sociation having jurisdiction of the Project.
