Common use of Roll Call Clause in Contracts

Roll Call. Employee must attend all scheduled Roll Calls annually (fiscal year). Management will only allow six (6) Roll Calls to be missed annually. All pre-approved scheduled day-offs will not be calculated in this section Employees must have been compensated for a minimum of 170 shifts worked to be eligible for this award. All pre-approved scheduled day-offs will not be calculated in this section.
