ROLE OF THE TRANSACTION AGENTS AND THE ARRANGER. 25.1 Appointment of the Calculation Agent (a) appoints the Calculation Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Finance Documents; and (b) authorises the Calculation Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Calculation Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.
