Rogue Part definition

Rogue Part has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.2 below.

Examples of Rogue Part in a sentence

  • A Rogue Part is defined as a Part that has been removed from an aircraft ***** within the last ***** regardless of whether a failure was found or not.

  • If a Part becomes a Rogue Part under the Service Provider’s maintenance care under the Program Services, it is the responsibility of the Service Provider to replace the Rogue Part.

  • spare part means a separate part of an EEE that can replace a part of an EEE. The EEE cannot function as intended without that part of the EEE. The functionality of EEE is restored or is upgraded when the part is replaced by a spare part;
