Common use of ROFR Period Clause in Contracts

ROFR Period. The ROFR may be exercised by the Stockholders, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 11.2, at any time during the period (herein referred to as the "ROFR Period") commencing after the Closing Date and continuing for so long as Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ an employee of SAG, Sub, the Company or any of their Affiliates or Associates.
