Roche Technology Sample Clauses

Roche Technology. PDL hereby acknowledges that, except as expressly provided herein, this Amended and Restated Worldwide Agreement does not grant PDL any ownership rights in the Roche Inventions, Roche Patents and Roche Know-How. Roche hereby confirms the rights of PDL to certain license grants to Roche Patents and Roche Know-How as provided in Section 2.1 of this Amended and Restated Worldwide Agreement.

Roche Technology. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement or the Worldwide Daclizumab Agreement, ownership of the Roche Know-How, Roche Patents and Collaboration Inventions shall remain vested at all times in Roche.

Roche Technology. As between the Parties, ownership of the Roche Collaboration Technology and Roche Background Technology will be and remain vested at all times in Roche. To the extent that Sarepta or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees acquires any rights, title, or interests in or to any Roche Collaboration Technology or Roche Background Technology, Sarepta for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates and Sublicensees, hereby irrevocably assigns to Roche all such rights, title, and interests in and to all such Roche Collaboration Technology and Roche Background Technology.
