Roads and Approaches. Rural carriers shall be required to provide service to all customers on their assigned routes. The Employer shall be kept informed of road conditions on rural routes and shall endeavor to obtain cooperation from highway officials and customers in keeping roads passable and in good repair and approaches to boxes opened.
