Road surface Clause Samples

Road surface. The Applicant will surface the existing gravel roadway with asphalt to a depth of four inches, for a distance of no greater than 450 feet north, beginning at a point at the edge of existing paving about 80 feet north of the intersection of the Road and Sprout Brook Road. It is understood that this paving is more easily reversible than concrete and other traditional road materials.
