Road Maps. At least once every three (3) months, and upon either parties’ reasonable request from time to time, after the Effective Date each party will provide the other with its current product and research and development roadmap in its respective Applicable Business Area.

Under no circumstances shall provision to Ericsson of any product road maps, or other documents or oral presentations of any kind concerning Calix's future product or service development plans, be construed as a binding commitment to provide any such new products, services, features or enhancements to Ericsson or any Customer on any specific timetable or at all.
