Road Construction. Subject to the State assuring to the Joint Venturers all necessary rights in or over Crown lands available for the purpose the Joint Venturers will at their own cost and expense construct such new roads as they may reasonably require for the purposes of this Agreement, such roads to be of such widths, of such materials, with such gates crossings (level or grade separated where required) and pass-overs for cattle sheep and other livestock and along such routes as the parties mutually agree after consideration of the requirements of the Commissioner of Main Roads. Except to the extent that the Joint Venturers’ relevant approved proposal otherwise provides, the Joint Venturers will allow the public to use free of charge any roads constructed or upgraded pursuant to or for the purposes of this Agreement so long as such use will not unduly prejudice or interfere with the Joint Venturers’ operations hereunder.
Road Construction. Except in cases when the Owner or District constructs a portion of a Corridor Project to serve the District pursuant to the Applicable Rules, the County agrees that it or another governmental entity, not including the District, will be responsible for the design and construction of any Corridor Project and paying the cost for same. The actual construction date of any Corridor Project is at this time undetermined and dependent upon the success of future County or City road bond elections. The construction of all Subdivision Roads shall be the responsibility of the Owner or the District and shall be constructed pursuant to the then existing Williamson County Subdivision Regulations and any other Applicable Rules. The Owner shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses of such Subdivision Roads from the District, as allowed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Road Construction. The Developer, in consideration of approval of the road construction plans, agrees to construct the road(s), appurtenances, and any required drainage facilities, and amenities and improvements, in the manner set forth in such plans and
Road Construction. All road construction shall conform to applicable standards of the Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) and the Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD). The granular roadbase shall consist of a bottom course of 450 mm minimum depth consolidated Granular “B” full width across the roadway and a top course of 150 mm of Granular “A” full width between concrete curbs. The granular materials shall be spread in layers of 150 mm maximum compacted depths, and each layer shall be thoroughly compacted. No granular base of surface material shall be placed until the grade on which it is to be laid has been inspected and approved by the Director of Infrastructure and Development. During and between construction seasons, the granular base shall be maintained suitable for vehicle and pedestrian traffic, including dust control by calcium chloride and renewed if required to the satisfaction of the Director of Infrastructure and Development. Road subdrains shall be provided in accordance with OPSS 405.05. The subdrain shall include filter wrap (non-woven type) Class 1 and F.O.S. Of 130 – 100.
Road Construction. The Parties have agreed and authorized the County, on their behalf, to issue a call for tenders (the “Request for Tenders”) and award contracts (the “Contract”) for the construction of the Projects as well as the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Related Works and the Asphalt Surface Trail Related Work (collectively, the “Tendered Work”). The Tendered Work shall include work described in the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Design.

The Parties will work together to include at least one on and off ramp from the Corridor J ROW to Owner’s remaining property at a location agreed to by all Parties. The on and off ramp will be designed and paid for by the County when Corridor J is constructed.
