ROAD CONSTRUCTION. Subject to the State assuring to the Joint Venturers all necessary rights in or over Crown lands available for the purpose the Joint Venturers will at their own cost and expense construct such new roads as they may reasonably require for the purposes of this Agreement, such roads to be of such widths, of such materials, with such gates crossings (level or grade separated where required) and pass‑overs for cattle sheep and other livestock and along such routes as the parties mutually agree after consideration of the requirements of the Commissioner of Main Roads. Except to the extent that the Joint Venturers’ relevant approved proposal otherwise provides, the Joint Venturers will allow the public to use free of charge any roads constructed or upgraded pursuant to or for the purposes of this Agreement so long as such use will not unduly prejudice or interfere with the Joint Venturers’ operations hereunder.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION. Re: Road construction limited to loading, hauling and spreading road building aggregate and from time to time, peak work requirements; e.g. production of non-traditional species in isolated areas In consideration of the seasonal nature of the work to be performed, the Company may contract out this work; however, it is understood that employees will be governed by the terms of this Agreement. Prior to the commencement of the operation, laid off qualified employees who are on the regular seniority list, shall be offered this work; however, if there are no qualified employees on lay-off, then other employees will be hired to operate this equipment. It is understood that vacancies on the operations will not be posted. Should a qualified employee be displaced from his job and his only alternative to maintaining employment is to bump on to the operations, he will be allowed to do so provided the company cannot provide alternate employment with the exclusion of tree planting. Under no circumstances in the application of this letter of understanding, will the Company be required to train truck drivers. The above employees will be excluded from the following benefits for the first three months of employment.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION. (7) Picnic and camping facilities construction.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION. The County agrees that it or another governmental entity will be responsible for the design and construction of Corridor J and paying the cost for same. The actual construction date is at this time undetermined and dependent upon the success of future County or City road bond elections. The construction of all other roads (“Subdivision Roads”) within the Land shall be the responsibility of the Owner or the District. The Owner shall be entitled to reimbursement for Subdivision Road expenses, as allowed by the laws of the State of Texas. The Subdivision Roads shall be constructed pursuant to the then-existing Williamson County Subdivision Regulations. Commencing upon the twelfth (12th) anniversary of the date that the County accepts a Subdivision Road into the County road system after completion of construction by Developer, the District shall be solely responsible for the operation and maintenance of that Subdivision Road. The Parties will work together to include at least one on and off ramp from the Corridor J ROW to Owner’s remaining property at a location agreed to by all Parties. The on and off ramp will be designed and paid for by the County when Corridor J is constructed.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION. The Developer, in consideration of approval of the road construction plans, agrees to construct the road(s), appurtenances, and any required drainage facilities, and amenities and improvements, in the manner set forth in such plans and specifications. The construction plans approved for this project are identified as which plans and specifications are incorporated herein by reference. The Developer shall assume all construction costs.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION. The construction of additional roads within the Property is prohibited, except as set forth in Article IV.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION x. Xxxxxx shall provide all road construction on publicly dedicated roads in the TRSSD Area, at no cost to TRSSD. Road construction is defined as the construction or reconstruction of a new road or roads, or work on existing roads that involves the placement of more than two inches of surface and/or base material (“Road Construction”). Draper shall also maintain and construct all street signs and sidewalks in the Traverse Ride Area, at no cost to TRSSD.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION. 7. The Parties have agreed and authorized the County, on their behalf, to issue a call for tenders (the “Request for Tenders”) and award contracts (the “Contract”) for the construction of the Projects as well as the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Related Works and the Asphalt Surface Trail Related Work (collectively, the “Tendered Work”). The Tendered Work shall include work described in the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Design.
