RMail Unit. Each recipient destination per 5-megabyte message size is one Unit, whether deliverable or undeliverable. i. RMail E-Sign and Register Reply. Each Register Reply™ or RMail E-Sign (a/k/a RSign Lite) message counts as two Units for each recipient destination per 5-megabyte message size to account for the message sent and the availability of the reply recorded, whether replied to or e-signed, or not replied to or e-signed.
