Common use of RM APPLICATIONS Clause in Contracts

RM APPLICATIONS. 7.1. By agreeing to this Agreement You agree to: 7.1.1. RM creating user accounts for You and Your Users within the Applications; and 7.1.2. your data (which may include Personally Identifiable Data) being used within the Application and for your data being visible to other users within your community within the Application. 7.2. You acknowledge, understand and agree to Your nominated administrators having authority to determine which Applications are available to Users. 7.3. You acknowledge that when accessing any Application, each User has agreed to these terms and conditions relating to that Application. Prior to accepting the respective terms and conditions, these Applications may remain dormant and inaccessible.
