Common use of RLC Commitment Clause in Contracts

RLC Commitment. Lender agrees to loan to or for the benefit of Borrower, and Borrower shall be entitled to draw upon and borrow in the manner and upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, an amount, (the "Maximum RLC Loan Amount") not to exceed the lesser of the following: (a) The RLC Commitment. (b) An amount not to exceed two and one-half times (2.50x) Borrower's Adjusted Cash Flow for the preceding four (4) quarters, measured on a quarterly basis in advance.
