Common use of RLC Commitment Clause in Contracts

RLC Commitment. Lender agrees to loan to or at the direction of Borrower, and Borrower agrees to draw upon and borrow, in the manner and upon the terms and conditions contained in this Credit Agreement, amounts that in the aggregate at any time outstanding shall not exceed the lesser of the RLC Commitment or the Borrowing Base.
